I have had some major issues with the Equinox gym at columbus circle regarding billing and cancelation of membership. I feel their boilerplate policies are highly unjust and abusive. I am looking for people who may have suffered financial injury as a result of what I feel are unfair billing or cancelation practices. My goal is to obtain class action status in New York Supreme.
